Living in our beautiful, unique, and remote communities in the Northern part of Vancouver Island can have are challenges. We all choose to live here for the endless natural beauty. Often services or trades are difficult to find. This is why we decided to build a family business to continue the services of a Locksmith and Fire Safety Services/Equipment. Supporting each other, using locally owned businesses keeps our communities tighter, healthier and build economic growth. We hope to keep our communities self-sustainable. We are excited to work with all the needs whether the project is big or small.

Because we are local and are available 24/7. This to easier for the local businesses, or homeowner to call us giving solutions resolved rather than waiting for an out of town business schedule their future trips. Supporting the local businesses keep each other thriving and producing without too many interruptions during work hours. Often the costs are saved using a local business.
Because this is a locally owned family business our customers are very important to us, we personally want to know they are 100 percent happy with our product and take extra time making sure the job is done correctly the first time. We are just a step away if someone needs us. We are proud members of our community, both living here over 34 yrs for Ivan and 50 plus years for Jennifer.
When we are not working, you'll find us either at the Lions Club training with other local community members in a Traditional Martial Arts - Shotokan. Ivan has taught over 1,000 students since 1984. Many of them reaching their Black Belts, some have achieved Provincial/National/Internation medals. His dojo is now coming into their 34th year of instructing eager students. That's a true sign of dedication to the community members. If we are not in the dojo we are out enjoying the plentiful locations of nature. Either on the water or hiking through it. We have raised our 2 daughters here and now enjoy this location with our grandchildren, family members and great friendships offered here. We live here because we love our area and the communities we are fortunate to call ours.
